The deal was finalized on Monday, according to local property records, setting a new record for Miami-Dade County. Nationally, some of the highest-priced residential sales include billionaire Ken Griffin’s $238 million New York apartment in 2019, and in Florida, a waterfront property in Naples sold for $225 million last year.

The Indian Creek estate is still under development. The 0.8-hectare property was originally purchased in 2020 by plastic surgeon Aaron Rollins and real estate agent Marine Rollins for over $30 million. The current project envisions a 2,700-square-meter mansion with nine bedrooms, a private dock, and a swimming pool.

Additional plans include a gym, beauty salon, massage room, library with a hidden passage, and decorative aquarium, reflecting the ultra-luxury amenities increasingly sought by high-profile buyers. The property was listed in November 2025 with an initial asking price of approximately $200 million.

This purchase highlights the continuing appeal of Miami’s exclusive neighborhoods among tech billionaires and demonstrates the city’s growing status as a hub for ultra-luxury real estate. With Indian Creek often referred to as the “Billionaire Bunker,” the acquisition solidifies Zuckerberg’s presence in one of the most private and secure residential communities in the country.
