Authorities are seeking a suspect who stole approximately $500 worth of goods from a smoke shop in southwest Miami-Dade. The incident was reported on October 7, 2025.

The Department of Juvenile Justice recently released data showing an increase in juvenile arrests throughout Florida. In the referenced year, a total of 31,681 youths were taken into custody statewide. Broward County recorded 1,575 juvenile arrests, while Miami-Dade had 1,400, both figures representing some of the lowest levels in recent years.
